  1. Excellent briefing, Colonel. But to The Print - is it a good idea to discuss in these details the tactical positions along LOC / LAC, whenever there is a skirmish. It will be helpful for Defence and diplomacy if you make this one programme an exception. I am a veteran who has served along LAC in North and East, more than a couple of tenures, since 1976.
