  1. Absolutely right. About education which up to high school has been free since independence, So has been healthcare in Government run hospitals. Nothing new here. In the late 1950s and 1960s, I also did not pay for my school education initially when attended Government schools. What about free bus rides, water and electricity? Free by AAP and other political parties but paid for from the taxes I pay - or not paid at all and accumulated as losses leading to state debt etc.?
