  1. An excellent analysis, DK. Says it all. Let money roll into the economy. Some points 1. No campaigns with gatherings more than a 1000 people….not required with digital reach. 2. No model code of conduct at all…as brought out by DK, if voters do not know they do not deserve what they do not know. 3. Poll dates announced for states just two weeks in advance and general elections one month in advance. A bracket of dates could be announced earlier to facilitate preparation by election commission. Tailpiece: India is different….. ONOE is a non starter now….. why the huha is a surprise.
