  1. A good subject manufacturing vs services. The only service viable without manufacturing is massage. For that too at least oil is required. Nobody can define direction of debates. That is the unfortunate part. The hungry will also debate about food. He will not be bothered to check the stock availability with FCI. This is the essence and beauty of debates. Life is not only about statistics. In fact it is not about statistics. Some points: 1. All major economies have huge domestic manufacturing in the Defence sector. Produce own weapons, save foreign currency, create jobs, less dependence on others etc… simple. 2. Without TV, phones and other display hardware there will be no OTT and broadcasts. No computer software without hardware. And so on and so forth….. Note: context or no context…. In this context “Services sector is better for climate change” is a non statement. What we must ask is, for instance, do we need 5G? Do we need fuel guzzling cars? Do we require faster jets? Do we require wars? Etc. Etc.
