There we all were thinking the country was one of Europe's success stories, and in reality they have state terror, extra-judicial execution, and death camps. They managed to keep that quite. It's a wonder how the Catalonians managed to keep hold of their 'diverse and mixed' traditions, shared battles, and identity for so long!
