  3. some stay & loiter, perhaps not finding justification to do otherwise, or perceiving slots filled, do clandestine activities or even show hostility.. there need to be fair reasons in such cases.. most ppl just roll with opportunity within the legal system, whether that means low wage job, or otherwise..

  4. as long it doesn't mean ppl seekin to get 'western' rich, which may mean, mineral lootin, possibly to near depletion, commodifying nature, including fur mammals in the past, as well as endless material gain..

  7. seems, someone relocating to other country because it's 'easy', or perceives little else to do, is not enough personal drive to assimilate, and without assimilation, if many, group separation may occur, with different needs, views, etc,.give or take.. oth, if just a few migrants, not an issue, if otherwise 'law abiding'.. not sure case in tunisia, but generally..

  8. seems, that could b once the urgency wears off, and then there's no way to assimilate to the level of multi generation ethnic locals, anywhere.. but each place might have some slots here or there, for newcomers., gen speaking..
