Propaganda the Russian government and Oligarchs relentlessly with the hope of sanction relief and external investment interest. Just the same way they say that they will not attack sovereign countries, just the same way they have peoples human rights in mind. Putin has in the most extreme way fought hard to have a 300 km zone within his own borders, not including countries he and previous leaders took by force. This zone can not ever have military strike force capability with in it. The Actions of the representative and representatives of the Russian Federation have inundated the international community with affidavits “Agreement contempt, War Crimes against civilians out side of the Russian Federation, War Crimes against its own people, Civil Crimes against its own country, Civil Crimes against people out side of the Russian Federation,so the list goes on. Putin and government have consequences to pay. Paying the will not be a great experience for its population, to bad, maybe they will stand up to this type of governance.
