@angelyerena6773 Fair enough, it must be pointed out though that BAE Systems (that would be BRITISH Aerospace Systems) are the single biggest foreign supplier to the US military and fix their aircraft engines, refit their ships and build their new armed personnel carriers..
Or that we build between 25% and 40% of EVERY F35 aircraft built. Yep built right here in our little old island.
Or that rolls Royce supply the propellers for the Ford Class carriers, Marine Trent-30 gas turbines and RR4500 gas turbine generator sets for their new Littoral and Zumwalt ships and the 'Liftsystem' for every F35B aircraft.
Or that the UK is the only country the USA has bought aircraft from in peacetime. B57, Harrier and Goshawk are all British.
Also the Type 45's operate the SAMPSON radars, which are considered the most powerful in the world. They also have the Sea Viper missile system which is leaps and bounds ahead of the American Aegis system.
The S/V can identify and track up to 2,000 sea skimming targets the size of cricket balls travelling at Mach 3, making it very hard to swamp - which would explain why Type 45's are chosen to escort US Carriers - I believe it was HMS Dauntless that escorted the USS Carl Vinson in action against ISIS.
A single Type 45 has the combined firepower of 5 Type 42's operating together and is the worlds most capable air defence ship.
The FAA were responsible almost single handedly for destroying the entire Iraqi Navy in the Battle of Bubiyan over the course of 13 hours.
HMS Gloucester once intercepted 2 Iraqi Silkworm missiles that were headed for the USS Missouri.
It was Royal Navy Minesweepers that were responsible for clearing the Iraqi coastlines so US ships could move within striking distance of land.
The newly developed Taranis UAV is now considered the most advanced UAV in the world, capable of targeting both land and air targets.
The fire and forget Brimstone missile system proved so effective in Libya in 2011 that both the US and France are trying to get hold of them.
The Army also have access to a plethora of state of the art land vehicles, Foxhound and Panther being 2 of them.
The Eurofighter Typhoon proved more capable than the F-15 when a single RAF Typhoon eliminated 4 Royal Singaporean Air Force F-15's in exercises. It has also proven to be more capable than the costly F-22 during the Red Flag exercises. US pilots also agreed it was far more agile.
The A400M Atlas will soon be rolled into service to replace the ageing fleet of C-130 Hercules, capable of carrying twice the amount and travelling further distances.
The AgustaWestland Apache, built under license have been improved massively over the American Longbow variant, with increased radar and countermeasure capabilities, as well as more powerful Rolls Royce engines.
The worlds most accurate rifles are built by Accuracy International. Their Arctic Warfare Magnum currently holds the furthest confirmed kills, whilst being operated by Cpl Craig Harrison in 2009.
The Merlin Mk 2's have recently undergone state of the art submarine hunting upgrades, as have the FAA's fleet of Lynx helicopters, which remain the fastest helicopters in the world, capable of performing a range of high speed manoeuvres, including barrel rolls.
The Trafalgar Class submarines all operate the worlds most powerful radar and the Astutes are all but untraceabl
