I know how you feel. Back in the 1980s I met a man who'd been one of the US Army doctors assigned to the Nuremberg Trial to make sure the defendants (Goering, Hess, and others) stayed healthy. I had NO idea he was involved and he never mentioned it. Probably just as well, I'd have driven him nuts with a million questions!

Probably too late on my part to make a worthwhile comment but after watching this I was struck by what an organizational genius (for lack of a better term) Heinrich Himmler must have been, even though a thoroughly evil organizational genius. Imagine, taking an organization like the SS which began as a personal guard to Hitler and growing it into literally a "State within a state." And then spreading it's tentacles multi-nationally. Certainly he didn't do it alone and had help but it was quite an achievement even if if was a totally rotten one. It boggles the mind.
