You making this about 'white men in america' is not showing me what you say is the thing about women in Japan. You make yourselves the priority in every thread Nobita puts up, including, this one about women in Japan. And this is every damn post I've seen upvoted here just about. Stoic philosphy don't make what's 'on offer' any more appealing to straight gals here either. Never mind us nonstraight gals. (No, it is not 'just like.' Especially not to American dudes with a sense of entitlement trying to blame American laws they don't even have there for the problems of a very different culture and experience you actually clearly want American women to suffer through too unless they ...do what you think Japanese women should do. ) This is different. Actually I'm sure you'd find most of the laws and expectations in Japan to your liking, but that doesn't make you any more appealing. Even to women here you expect to pick up in bars and clubs and then apparently turn into June Cleaver for you.

Or, maybe it's other unconscious people demanding more trauma upon those conscious enough of what you do that they don't want to play the part you want to force life to be? How bout stop traumatizing people, especially women, over the sh-- sandwich you keep trying to repackage as if the problem is opinions or marketing? Right now in America regressive forces want to keep everyone ignorant and vulnerable and they get very hostile if you refuse to be either, then wonder why women don't participate in that futility for you. Especially the worse you behave as though aggression makes anyone any straighter, never mind in your general direction. Japan's got an entirely different context and most of you boys can't even sympathize with women here. Sure, you can blame 'trauma' for people not conforming and obeying like somehow it's on someone else to take the trauma and still be available for you, while still demanding to do more trauma and making women more stuck if they ever trust you, but that's no way to get anyone out of the house. "Oh, you're traumatized, let me take more agency and back doors from you, this is a defect in you, not the fact you may as well skip a few steps to thankless isolation." People that say that want all kinds of women ignorant and afraid and terrorized, straight or not. You may find, though, that a lot of the people opting out are more damn aware of the equation than you're prepared to argue away. If you want people out in the world, then it's on the rest of us to make worlds worth being in.

@marty7442 Child, that's just BS. You're the ones storming around being obsessed with sex and trying to control everyone else's lives in the first place. Whining everything's about you and now you guys demand women change orientations (impossible( and religions (so they'll obey*you*) ....and project the cause of all this onto everyone else in the world. who have every right to be angry about that treatment. Bullied shut-ins in Japan included, I suppose.
