  2. There is NOTHING Russia can do to counter the sanctions. ha ha ha. Putin can try to say otherwise with a straight face, and the "Hindu" channel (ha ha) can try to massage the situation into "not so bad" for Russia... But it is what it is. The west has ALL of the leverage in this matter. They have all the alliances and all the leverage. Russia has very very few friends, and they just have to sit back and take it, whether they like it or not. JUst like they did in the cold war, the last time they fell apart. :face-green-smiling:

  7. Because its not a game changer in any way and just a tiny drop in the bucket. The announcement of this is more of a thing to save face and saying: Look we are doing SOMETHING. Even though it amounts to nearly nothing compared to what is being done to them, with the sanctions and all other moves that have been made against Russia.
