Comical bravado coming from "Russia" whose 3 day war against the poorest third world country in europe is now going on a year and a half hahahaha. Disappearing? No more so than what is happening on the Russian side. Generally accepted that equipment will be lost in war, just as human lives are. Maybe you didnt learn that in Russian history class. ....And Russia is losing a helluva lot of both.

  13.  @lilacer6841  He has a warrant for his arrest issued by the international community via the ICC (International Crime Court) It is represented by 123 nations. If he were to go to one of those nations, he would by international law, be arrested. There are 195 countries in the world. So as you can see, most of them participate. Also, some others would, even though they are not member countries... Like USA for example of one. SO he CAN leave Russia, but he takes a huge risk and needs eyes in the back of his head if he does... Although many also want him dead, so its not like he would feel "safe" even without the arrest warrant hanging over his head...
