US had a supercarrier, destroyers and other fully armed ships with dozens of jets of various types on them fully armed and ready to rock, missiles galore....Guided missile systems on the ships... But all was needed was 2 choppers from one of those ships to destroy the Houthis and their boats in about 30 seconds flat, and end their little campaign of "attacks" on unarmed cargo ships. They were so embarrassed about being put in their place so easily, they tried to lie and say they made an attack after that. lol And was proven a lie. lol How pathetic is that? ha ha ha ha. @JocoMarkovic-gf1eh

Only reason they stayed longer was to hold the country while the pathetic government tried to hold on to their country and were too weak to do so, even after 20 years. Taliban hid for 20 years. 70000 dead. Were beaten in a week flat. Us lost only 2400 men the entire time.   18. Because Israel is capable on their own. They can pay for alot of military capability even on their own. Houthis without financial help from Iran are capable of absolutely nothing, but chasing stray dogs with sharp sticks. Poverty stricken and no real threat to anyone, not even the unarmed ships if Iran didnt give them some third rate weaponry.

  21. Houthis have nothing that can reach it, given the distance as well as the defense capabilities of the carrier. Not to mention even if something they have could hit it, its not likely powerful enough to penetrate unless hit in an absolutely perfect spot. lol Moral of story: Highly unlikely.
