  16. Its really pretty simple genius. US needs as many of the "top shelf" weapons as possible right now, because there is a decent chance of needing them against China, over Taiwan. They are giving ukraine plenty, more than anyone else. But certain things will have to be gotten elsewhere. Plenty of other nations to provide those.
