Avoid it! Your body will thank you for it. I've avoided it for many years. I used to have it often but am so happy not to have gone there for so long!

@scruf153 I'm glad you are doing well. however it still is stuff your body is best going without. Its similar to a person who regularly smokes saying they feel fine. Damage is still being done. Much of whats in that food is linked to increasing the chances of getting various illnesses at some point
