But as for S Korea, well when they have a neighbour like the North Korean one, well even a strong country would like to move away from a unpredictable country right by it. It's like a strong man isolated with a few strong men surrounding him. His in a weak position. Still they are going well militarily etc

  6. I know SK isn't making the ICBM's, NK is. The worry is that NK will threaten SK if America ever does anything, which is maybe one of the reasons the US holds back from acting. Theres missiles pointed right at SK apparently.
