  4.  @zao7556  Thanks for sharing ur comment :) I've seen a doc about it a few times last year and am on tablets for anxiety (i had a mental break last year and it was then I knew I had to get help)

  6.  @nmw654  I did see a doctor a few times last year and it helped. Was given medication for it - a tablet i take - and it helps :) Getting help was a good idea. If you feel u need it, please get it
