  1. Greed is what the GOP and many democrats are all about. Forty years of 1%'er capital gains accumulation and tax cuts have drained all of our wealth. The math is inescapable, wealth in financial assets is a huge mountain compared to our tiny hill of an economy. The only way $90 trillion of privately held financial assets make 5% interest a year off a $21.5 trillion GDP growing at 4% or less a year, is to drain us and the national treasury dry, while at the same time doing the same to our far flung empire of smaller countries. This economy was designed, it was not an accident or natural in any way. The purpose is to destroy democracy and place us all in a form of techno feudalism.
