  1. Because, California people literally support crime. I see theft so regularly here. Just recently, at 7-11 the clerk ran up to me, asking me if I stole earlier, before thinking about it and realizing if it was me who stole, I wouldn't be back so casually, paying. California, in their "we don't want to be racist to brown skin because theft laws 'disproportionately effect brown people'" now, disproportionately effect me because people think I'm a thief they can't jail. Thanks liberals.
