  2. ​ @SammEater Brazil, you just don't have the same level of modern tech for "cheap" in your currency. Otherwise, there's nothing to envy about America. If you don't care about having the latest iPhone, or graphics card (this admittedly would hurt in these circles.) it's nothing special. When I lived in Brazil, if a bank had offered me a job there I would have never looked back. Being 5 years or so behind American tech isn't that bad.
