And what really pisses me off is, for companies like Ford, the workers could own 5%+ of the company and effect any change they want within a few years, just by spending 100 each on shares. They don't. Workers can anytime collectively buy the shares of their company and gain enough voting power easily. Normal people own 40% of Tesla... It's possible. They choose not to.
