  1. Ask a poor nation how much of their gdp they spend on Healthcare. Only rich nations can afford to spend so much, especially when a lot of that cost is spend on the last few years of life. Healthcare, when talking economics, is a luxury item. Even in a place with universal Healthcare, it's still a luxury expense. If you need xyz surgery today, you are gonna need to fly outside of the country to get it. Healthcare isn't a right because we would the spend exorbitant amounts for everyone in whatever they want. That's why the pursuit of happiness is a right and not the guarantee of it
