If you're young, you can work at McDonald's, be clowned on by everyone, or you can make half that money selling drugs, doing stupid stuff, and sleeping with every hot woman in town. Even if you own nothing.... They think it's a poverty/opportunity problem. You could pay them 100k a year. They aren't doing a 9-5 wage slave... It's streets or death.... They just don't get it, and you can't from a college elite perspective unless you live it.
