  2. You should do another second thought response video... Because the ideas going around on the left right now are insane. They think people create things for fun. Bro, let Elon be a billionaire. They want Elon to not only cure EVERY problem regarding climate the left ever brought up, they also want him to have minimal reward for doing so, and demand all of his wealth be used to tackle a new one of their objectives. The greed. The thought of these people is, they can take 90% of the wealth of the rich, give it away to everyone else, and everyone can be happy. Except, then, what you actually are saying is "we want to find the most productive people in society and enslave them so the less productive people don't have to work." we have to stop this.... They actually want slavery.

A true freaking gem. So.... Eh...... 😭 Those are my favorite things to read though. Making great returns from "helping the poor" I love philanthropy. My cousin always remembers to send me the reports. I just like to collect the dividends, but he actually sends the reports that comes out and man, the government is so generous.

  4. This is why I don't invest in just any reit. Because government. Bonds, anything government can touch, I move my money from. No bonds since government just fs with interest rates whenever they want and no reits (unless I specifically know the strategy can avoid or benefit from government), because, they can just f you for relax. And this disincentives investment.

  5. The government is an amazing customer, because they aren't spending their own money and the person negotiating with you is completely inept as to the cost of what it is they are negotiating. There is no way they can be an expert at negotiating all types of deals so therefore you can always find something that they don't understand and completely outmaneuver them because a politician is elected based on popularity not negotiating skill. One thing you can say about Trump is the guy has god tier negotiating skills where he has come out of situations that I have seen that I don't understand how he was able to win. Some of his dealings with Deutsche Bank he should have lost yet somehow in an ironclad contract that he lost he ended up getting money from Deutsche Bank.
