  1. So essentially, if you came here illegally, or if you wanted someone to come here illegally, new York will now pay you to house them. Which definitely won't cause more people to come and abuse this system.

  2. I think it's a great idea personally. I'll find a woman overseas who wants to move to America. Tell her to cross illegally with her mom, she can meet me in new York, and I'll house then both, 250 a day, 7000 a month. Look, it's hard work.... I deserve the money for the service I'm providing.
