There's been studies showing, you make below minimum wage as a criminal, and I can confirm that from my experiences. It has nothing to do about money actually. It's all about the culture/lifestyle. They may be poor, but they are free, and they have fun almost all the time. Women love the carefree, zero fs attitude. It sounds crazy, but, it makes more sense when you see it first hand.
