  1. I am Japanese. I think it. I've taken a taxi with my seniors at the company with about four people. We rode for about 30 minutes. We have no conversation. Everyone is silent 30 minutes. The reason for this is that "speaking, noisy, outstanding, is a negative evaluation." Anyway, sitting tight, enduring, patience. This is a virtue in Japan. For Japanese people who will spend their future career at the same company, the relationship with colleagues in the company determines 99% of their lives. So rather than having a conversation and getting information, we think of silence and reducing the loss of relationships.
