Oh and Reagan closed down most of the State Mental Hospitals here in California and gave Bad Politicians: Republican and Democrat alike to do so throughout the rest of the country !......................If you want to deal with the Homeless Population THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO ACCEPT PAYING MORE TAXES and REBUILD THE STATE MENTAL HOSPITALS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE COUNTRY, PERIOD !!!
