  1. Rock concerts have designated lanes for people to come and leave if they want too. Security and police keep them open while monitoring the crowd. There's EMT's nearby and a P.A. system. There's a designed Mosh Pit near the stage for people who want to do that. Security and police are usually pretty good at breaking up mosh pits that get too crazy in the crowd, although it is often up to fans to help those who don't feel like getting elbows to the face and knees to the groin. Regardless, there are safety standards in place at most concerts to keep people from hurting each other and allow people to come and go if they want. Travis Scott and concert organizers just said "Let's just cram 50,000 people into a small area! Good luck!"
