  7.  Cat Boy  Russia's invasion of Ukraine is illegal and so was the annexation of Crimea. Regardless, Donetsk and Luhansk are illegal states and officially recognized as part of Ukraine by the international community. Therefore, anyone from Luhansk and Donetsk caught shooting at the Ukrainian Army is a criminal and not subject to the Geneva Convention. They can be summarily arrested and executed as criminals.
