Boom I Gotcha Id rather have a man who kidnapped his neighbor, tortured him and cut his dick off be executed than live off the taxpayers for the rest of his life. Prison is supposed to be a place of punishment, but also a place for rehabilitation to teach people whats not okay to do. Some people show clear signs that they have no remorse for what they did and/or know what they did was terrible. These people are pure evil and do not deserve to live. A man who kidnapps a little girl and repeatedly beats and rapes her for over a year does not deserve to live. He knows what he did was wrong and he deserves no second chance at life.
