  2. Mischievous Emperor No, he's talking about aiming at a moving target from a distance. You can adjust a van's trajectory on its way to the target. You can't with a bullet. Bullets go in straight lines. You have to adjust the gun and fire again.

  6. Its pretty obvious he wanted to commit suicide by cop. The gun he had probably wasn't even real. He wanted the cop to kill him. That's why he said "Shoot me in the head."
