  1. Too many people don’t understand that the tax code and IRS Regs ARE expressly designed to minimize taxes for the rich and for corporations. I know, I took tax in law school. It’s exceedingly complex. If you don’t know the code inside and out, you don’t realize this. The rich hire tax accountants and tax lawyers so they can stay within the law while paying the least possible amount of taxes.
