Perhaps Kamala can create the Path to Freedom Act, where every week, buses travel through well-marked main roads to collect those who wish to emigrate out of poverty. And any racist in an educated area can take HIS family to where a man is appreciated for being a Man, by God! Set up a multi-year exchange program so people can swap similar accommodations and let FEMA move them.
