  11. There can be no negotiated settlement with (1) a psychopath (see Bucha for just one example), (2) a liar, and (3) a war criminal. If Tsar Vlade the War Criminal retains any portion of Ukraine, that is a Putin win. He consolidates what he has stolen, re-arms, and then re-invades. Every orc must be driven out of every square meter of Ukraine and Ukraine must become part of NATO.
