  1. A disinflationary moment, not rising as fast as before but it’s still rising. Higher rates will be around for a very, very long time. We still haven’t seen the full affects of tightening slowing the economy. I really thought we would have. A strong economy yet, so many are struggling. Inflation will be our biggest hurdle it still appears. IMO
