While forgetting Kazakhstan exists and can be their next best supplier. 7. Check the status of Russia again.

  3.  @Hussainpiplodwala  - long story short, incorrect. If Russia detonates one nuke, China is more likely to bail on them. BTW, CSTO is getting more destabilized ever since Armenia requested Russia's help (and gets little to none).
