Do you use UPI? If you do, that is digital India. Digilocker and Aadhar are digital India. The upcoming ONDC is digital India. You only have to look to see it. But you cannot see it with your eyes closed shut.

@balwindergill5486 who in there right mind will set up industry in bengal? Mamata herself drove out tata. And in kerala pinarayi drove out kitex group - now people are protesting over silverline project. In punjab, kejriwal was chosen by people. Are they happy with their free electricity or do they still prefer canada over their homeland? Incompetent people like the govts of these states blame others for their shortcomings. They themselves are the cause of their peoples suffering.

Because kerala people want free kits, they have let pinarayi chase away kitex. Mwanwhile karnataka is progressing like anything, and not just bangalore. Startups are popping all across karnataka. Meanwhile telengana has see superb economic growth, which would have been impossible without central support. Even such basic things a s drinking water has to be enabled by central support under jal shakti ministry. Tamil nadu is already industrialised but the ruling dmk govt run by karunanidhi dynasty (it is no longer dravida munnetra kadakam but effectively karunanidhi munnetra kadakam) is lagging behind on innovation and surviving on MNC's established there. Andra I have no idea whats happening. In short your claims are biased and not factual.

@akshayagrawal5114 the mechanisms were enabled by private public partnerships, they are not solely private initiatives. Solely private initiatives fail to penetrate so deeply into society while solely public initiatives are inefficient. These above initiatives combine the best of both, to deny the contribution of either sector or of the political trust invested by the people in modi, would be an incomplete analysis.
