@ADI-dr8dr yes, manipur is the biggest security failure but even the worst failure is being addressed to ensure it doesnt repeat. I dont like the congress for letting 2008 happen despite intelligence inputs but i can appreciate them for the upgeading of coastal and land security post 2008 - through 3 layer fencing and constant maritime patrolling. This govt is doing something similar and that too deserves acknowledgement.
