@remarkableshailesh nice to blame the people when your ideology is losing. Thats typical of failed ideologies, especially the left. When you win its inevitable but when you lose the people are at fault. You guys are just as whiny as english cricketers. How shameful...

@remarkableshailesh i am talking about the ideology that drives the election machinery of political parties like the tmc and congress. Some use appeasement while others use community sentiments. As for gotras and whatnot, wealth distribution or welfare schemes of the bjp is not based on any identity but on individual capacity. No matter how much you turn a blind eye, that is what people vote for, things like the JAM trinity, etc. Your fear mongering won't work. You have been demonising the bjp ever since its inception and real system reforms have been stalled for decades due to political incompetence. People are tired of such incompetence and they are tired of the opposition which implements policies and reforms at a snails pace.

@remarkableshailesh if you dont know who demonises the bjp (counting who doesnt would be easier) in the past 30 years, you dont know the political history of India.

@remarkableshailesh I wonder how old you are and whether you have any knowledge of "our freedom" that was murdered daily in the altar of socialism. Try reading about the licence raj pre 1991, and you'll understand that simple ideological opposition is not sufficient for democratic process. I want a opposition based on rational arguments of economic management, and not on failed ideas of the "dictatorship of the proletariot". What you want will ultimately lead to reforms at a snails pace, after decades of "parliamentary committee meetings and reviews". What we have now is not perfect. But what you want is worse in the context of the current parliamentary system and history.

@remarkableshailesh the licence raj was an economic policy that stifled the economic freedom of the individual. As for nehru and universal franchise, that was a good move. It was the same nehru though who passed the first amendment of the constitution before even the first general elections were held. And in that amendment the freedom of speech of the individual were curtailed in an extremely arbitrary fashion, so that the govt can silence anyone talking inconvenient truths. And no other successive govt including the current one have had either the guts or the political incentive or the ability to change that and grant Indians true freedom of speech.

@sauron2000000 i believe the current generation of Indians have the right to choose the best economic policy now, since we have more experience of the practicality and progress achieved in the years following deen dhayal upadyas death. Thankfully my philosophy allows and accommodates for such changes since it is not bound by the teachings of just one man or one book
