In same constituent assembly debates it is stated explicitly that the rights and powers of states can be taken awau by the centre to preserve the nation - meaning the nation is paramount, not the states...

@surfspark lol you are the illiterate unwilling to go and see the vasic constituent assembly debates , all you know is to call others names rather than make logical argument. Every state was created after independence on linguistic basis for better administration but independence atruggle was for independence of nation - that is why nation and bational government is far more important than state government.

@surfspark i said what i wanted to say, nation is more important than states according to ambedkar. States rights are cocessions given by nation and nation has ultimate authority to take away those rights when it deems necessary.
