  1. Caste based census? Is this idiot talking about jati? Is he talking about varna ? Or is he talking about gotra? As long as he keeps saying "caste" - a foreign word that has been used interchangebly for various distinct historical social phenomenon, I can only beleive that he has malicious intent to fragment society that is healing from jati discrimination..
