  1.  @MrCat-sl6zf  fact is that banning crackers is the low hanging fruit for political and judicial system. Implementing more systematic changes with regard to vehucular pollition, stubble burning, etc. requires time, effort and hard work. But milords cannot even spare time to clear their own backlogs while banning stubble burning doeant get anyone votes. Banning crackers just erodes peoples faith in the judiciary, as seen by this years response to the ban.
