@sonuEEE again, you are the one who asked where radical islam exists in india. Radical hinduism is also bad, but the political situation has reached to such a point that people take hindus to be complacent while they don't dare to criticise islam. In private sphere you have examples of comedians comparing iskcon with porn, while even documented evidence of activists like periyar disrespecting lord Ram is either denied or justified by supporters. In public sphere parties like the congress submit affidavits saying that there is no evidence to support claims of the ram janmabhoomi litigants when in fact the ASI themselves submitted proof of pre existing structures of non muslim origin. The CPIM general secretary swears in parliment that he is not a hindu because he has read the hindu scriptures, when kn reality its unlikely that he even knows the basic philosophy or the complex diversity of indian thought. By the same standards, if sitaram yechury ought to also denounce communism due to the excesses under both stalin and mao, but he is a politician and a leftist who is given such a free hand to defame a cultural and religious documejt without any repurcussion. The film on the moppla riots is a continuation of that process, but hindus are saying enough is enough, we wont let our culture be destroyed or desecrated in the name of progress. Modi's bjp, and vajpayees 'shining India' are proofs that being hindu or any other indigenous religion is not a disadvantage to progress in any way, and that india can develop without riots or radicalism if everyone agrees to do so peacefully. The modi government is right to make riots as a political weapon for radical islamists unprofitable, just so that peace prevails. Muslims that respect the constitution know, or will come to know, that a indians are equal before the eyes of the law, and that rioting over the fb post was, is and will be illegal. What most hindus want is not the genocide or conversion of muslims (even though the opposite happened in both pakistan after 1947 and bangladesh after 1971) but to be not treated as second class citizens in their own country and be given their fundamental rights to worship, and a level playing field to practise preach and propagate their worldviews without threat of violence from fringe elements...
