There is more to the right than neoliberalism. Going right can also be regulated market, like in germany.

@gabbar51ngh yes it is. But the path forward isnt the american model of sky high income inequality achieved through aggressive neoliberalism. The biggest question is how to achieve the same level of innovation as developed countries while sufficient basic welfare of society is ensured.

@gabbar51ngh i never stated absoulte income equality to be a goal worth pursuing. Inequality is inherent in society, more due to humans being individuals rather than anything else. All i highlight is that as each individual scales new heights to the best of his abilities, it is good to have a safety net in case theres a freaking earthquake (like maybe a pandemic or a global disaster) This safety net shouldnt become anreason for lazy scroungers to live off the state, but the lack of a safety net is undesirable given that disasters do happen (with increasing severity nowadays)

@nullprophet10 economic management and most real.life problems cannot be solved in that manner, especially when every country east and west is running propaganda campaigns to create instability. What i want is not easy, but the govt is wise to not take a hard right on the economy. Govt will continue with ration card for labourers, distribution of food, gas, etc. But govt should also start campaigns to set the ground for ending the same. Farm laws may be a stepping stone in ending public food distribution 10-15 years from now....

@AvanRoyOfficial instead we should bring about equality by rejecting all idea of money, and return to living in the forests. Fruits of nature are truly free, right?

@nullprophet10 idiots like him exist, and will continue to exist. Welfare net also serves the purpose of quelling the revolution before it even starts....
