  2. They are not the mouthpiece of GoI. They are the 4th pillar of the constitution who have no obligation to uphold the integrity or spirit of the constitution. They are the 4th pillar neither elected nor selected by people or govt and have no bigger responsibility than the average idiot politician. Thats how great our democracy is. Even the media tha5 lacks integrity or challenges the integrity of the constitution are protected from even criticism from public.
