  2. Environment in private industry and education must be created so that CSIR is not the only source of innovation and research in India.... And PM Modi should continue encouraging the spirit of India or Bharateeyata so that the educated feel encouraged to do research for the development of the country rather than chase for money or accolades or even better facilities in foreign institutes. Every step to stop brain drain is necessary....
