  1. Yes, and it might be only water. Even if modi were to appear before you, research on the vaccine himself and go on to administer the vaccine, there is a chance that he might have pulled some sleight of hand to fool you.

  2.  @omibull  anyone who has seriously followed indian politics will know the difference between election rhetoric (not promise of giving 15 lakh per indian but rhetoric of returning equivalent value of 15 lakh per indian to india from swiss banks) and the realities of domestic and international politics. But thats too much to expect from people who have the attention span of a grasshopper.
