Onam may have caused spike in kerala cases. I hope same doesnt happen in upcoming dusserha and diwali season. As for calling out bhakts, the kerala govts own activities also helped the spikes. Kerala conducted KEAM exams despite rising cases, and went on to blame the centre when similar NEET exams were conducted. What i am saying is that kerala is not sacred or above criticism, and malayalis need not think that every criticism is from stupid bhakts...

@binilc6238 i am sad that malayalis put themselves on a higher spot and rub it in, on north people. That doesn't justify hateful comments, but most communist malayalis i see are more content with saying "kerala no. 1 hdi " and emigrating to germany or saudi, instead of using their own skills and knowledge domestically... the cpim feeds this emotion subtly with its "ithu keralamane" punch dialogue... so my point is that hate or contempt is not exactly one sided...

@binilc6238 malayalees didnt put them in that spot, the propaganda of the indian left did. The left needed to weigh heavily on kerala because of the failure of their economic models in tripura, bengal, etc. Malayalees have every right to work abroad, and are monetarily quite smart in doing so. But malayalees often realise the follies of subtle leftist narratives in kerala designed to ultimately create some dissonance between kerala and the north. The left narrative is just a subtler version of the british "divide and rule" policy. The left does it to sustain itself atleast in kerala despite the failure of communism as a competitive viable economic model. And please dont think i am talking from some apartment in delhi, njanum malayali aane, njanum janichatu keralatinte talastanatane. The most recent memorable event of the lefts hypocricy and sheer self destructive adherance to their outdated ideology at the cost of their people was the entire tomin hatchankery ksrtc affair... the left is dying, but seem to be keen in dragging the people down to forestall their death for as long as possible...

@binilc6238 you dont have to choose anybody to please me. You have no such obligation towards me... but i was hoping instead of talking like two equals on the state of kerala politics and the peculiar phenomenon it produces. All i wanted to show/highlight was such subtle propaganda that has led to hate from both sides. If you can see that propaganda, irrespective of where you are from, then that is good enough a victory for me... of course another propaganda against kerala is not justified in any manner either, but you seem to acknowledge the propaganda of the right easily enough. All i wanted was to show you the other side of the spectrum doing the same...
