@azeemsoona normalising intolerence is not secularism. Normalising regressive practices of a community just because it is a minority community is not secularism. A community demanding that their practices are insulated from any social scrutiny is not secularism. Not allowing a community members to think for themselves and enforcing regressive practices by ostracism or force is not secularism.

@mohammedsadhiq5567 if triple talaq is so uncommon then no muslim should have any objection to banning it. This "islam is the only religion" arguments are sheer bullshit. There is nothing special about a desert cult started by a illiterate slaver in medieval arabia. If islam has so many good features, each feature can be analysed , studied and adopte by non muslims without adopting the bad aspects like the stupid claims of non belwivers and polyt heists burning in hell for not being muslim. And islam will too will have to acknowledge and adopt the good practises of other religions. But to do that, muslims need to see non muslims as humans instead of disbeleivers. It is up ti muslims whether they choose humanity or medieval islam - the fate of society rests on that choice...
